I have been a long time customer of swiggy. it works most of the times. But when there is a deliver problem you get no support. Only some standard answers from customer care and only option to cancel and reorder. I think food delivery has to be handled better. Need to understand there are hungry people waiting who have paid you.. You cannot have untraceable delivery boys and un-reachable restaurants…. You need to have some proactive alarms to identify problem deliveries and take corrective action… I think this is one thing which is going to make me lean on using other apps as every time I order on Swiggy I will wonder if it will be delivered or not… ——- Update: Swiggy escalation team was prompt and have resolved the issue

I want to give three stars and the two star is less because when we want to cancel then we have to pay cancellation fee so that is the reason… And the delivery boy don’t even wear mask most of the times……
Better app large discount and fast service
The app is good . The delivery agents are really the hunger saviours. It shows a wide variety of restaurants and dishes . The agents and the restaurants should follow the suggestions while the customers are texting in suggestion box ,if this has been solved it would be helpful for others .
I’m not able to order food from Swiggy. as soon as i click the search bar in the food section, the entire screen goes completely white. I’m not able to type or see any restaurant. please fix this if you want your customers to keep ordering food from you.

Could definitely improve their customer service because they they often give you assurance of future betterment instead of any solutions for your current problems. Apart from that, the app is easy to use and has a lot of options
Swiggy is a great app but the bolt delivery feature feels like a scam. the restaurants either take forever to make the food or the delivery partner takes a long time to get to the restaurant. I don’t mind my food taking a little extra time to get to me but if I’m being promised a quick delivery then I expect it to acually be quick.
They deleted my previous review. Pathetic delivery times and no commitment to what they show. They have delayed orders by an hour just for assigning a partner on several occasions. Support team has no idea and after another half hour of waiting they will offer you 50 bucks compensation.
No options to add instructions for restaurants. Zomato has this option. So I have to call or send instructions to delivery agents. It wont work as expected.

please improve past order items list display. and allow to open the item again to reorder that item. currently it is just a text which is also truncated. it is hectic to find out what was ordered previously.

Little cheaper than other apps
Overall good experience. I have a suggestion and I think it could be very useful for platforms like Swiggy. People are often confused at to what to order (like I am right now, as I am a bit sick and want to eat something that digests and gives energy). So it would have been great if the platform had an AI search bar where we just put up our mood/health and the suggestions would pop up for that. I think you should do it, would be a great “First timer opportunity” to grab in the market.

A good app if you want to get nice and tasty food at a slightly low price.It becomes better with Swiggy one as you get more benefits and premium subscriptions. The only thing which needs to be improved is the standard delivery time which can be decreased by 5-10 mins in case of far away restaurants.
