They say no internet required but if I didn’t connect the mobile and tv with same hotspot this app won’t work and if I turn off intrnt the file won’t go further. so internet is required also actual trasfer speed is 300KB/s to 500KB/s when I’m using high speed 5g connection of 400MBps also when downloading a movie on mobile I get actual download speed of 50MB/s to 90 MB/s Also sometimes when I’m sending a movie from mobile and if parallel I use mobile the movie will stuck at any %age n won’t go

very convenient app to use, highly recommended. it does contain ads but glad it’s not soo long
Get this app. Like just do it, don’t mess with ftp transferring stuff, messing with flash drives, just get this app. It’s so unbelievably easy to use. If you do get the app just make sure to purchase ad free, or donate. It’s seriously worth it. I’ve been using this for 3 years and it hasn’t failed me yet. So if you’re thinking about getting it, stop. just get it dude lol.
Great app… Except that I paid to have the ads removed, and they’re still there. Dissatisfied.

Best app ever! Makes the process lot lot easier and does what it says. Like exactly. no annoying popups. few ads are there, but it is for support for this free app. so, 100% recommended

Good application for file transfer in Google TV

App named ” Local Send” lets you send any file type to any device (including TV’s), is open source, and works on any android version. This app was awesome and helpful for a long time, but on current android versions, all it’s capable of transmitting is pictures. Im pretty sure the majority of people were using it to send apk’s to their android tv devices, which it can’t do anymore. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I hope the dev will see this and do something about it.
Easy and fast. Wish it was easier to go up/back one folder level without starting over. A little concerned because it seems to be polling for other devices waiting to receive and I wonder if that affects my battery usage much, so being parsimonious, I only install it long enough to use it.

Dear developer team, I am trying to send a file from my android mobile (Realme Narzo N55) to an android tv (Toshiba), but I am getting this error Failed: Connection timed out. Note: Both the devices are connected to the same WIFI Network. Could you guys please have a look at this ☺️🙏
Excellent simple straight forward way to transfer files fast! Love this app can’t imagine not having it.
It’s very good app for sending any files to tv like (movies😝) but a small issue sometimes it works as usual but it get struck to show files …..not as expected

Really great app, would like more andoirs built in options to search files using the build in file Manger on my android phone to make things easier to find bec9a file I’m looking for may not always be in the location it’s seems it should be in, but besides that it’s an amazing app and does exactly what it’s supposed to and does it well.
I’ve had some android tv apps on my phone for a while now even before I got a smart box but have been looking for a way to transfer these apps to the box as I couldn’t find the apps on the play store (some sent them to me via Whatsapp). The SFTTV app is a resourceful app that solves my problem. I totally recommend.
