This app is truely something special. its insanely useful for playing a japanese mobile game as its translation is incredibly strong. just screenshot and translate however its micro transactions are ludicrous. pure unadulterated greed. asking 17$ presumably USD every single year is just utterly insane. If youre honestly considering paying for this, youre better off learning how to make your own apps and using Google’s translation API for your own personal use. if this was maybe 5$ a year then ok

    Before you could get it to translate line by line. Now you cannot. I need line by line because translating Khmer correctly is difficult for this app. If I cannot use it then I will have to uninstall it.

    I love it, it works for me. the only thing I find irritating are the ads, I’m under age and I use this app for school purposes and some of these ads make me feel uncomfortable. oh and the constant reminder to upgrade is annoying too. you can only use it so many times then it requires you to watch a vedio to continue which I also find desrupting

    It does the job and translates everything quite well and neatly! I would give more stars if it didn’t keep asking me every second I use it to upgrade to premium (for something like £26/a year), along with the fact you cna only do 3 translations a day for free (and changing it from line to paragraph counts as a translation too shockingly) so you either take your picture, click no for Premium, and then watch a 30 second ad for your image or get better at the language.

    I tried it on some work and it’s legit. It actually translated the words for the picture. There are constant ads and it will ask you to update or watch a video after you take a couple pictures. Luckily the videos aren’t too long.

    I tried it on a Japanese candy bag, but I’m not sure if it really translated it because it looked like they just put random things on there but I don’t speak Japanese so I can’t even say if they got it right or wrong, lol. I haven’t tried it on the complex stuff yet, but overall, it’s a bit skeptical, but I think it translated it-??

    I don’t usually leave reviews for apps I find average but this app definitely is useful. Used it on my trip to Vietnam and it translates instantly after pressing the photo button. Free to download but does cost money after a 3 day free trial. It’s around $35 a year or $3 something monthly. Hope this helps.
