This app is fantastic. I like to be able to pop in and check on my print without having to go to the Octoprint panel in a browser. There are a couple of things that I’d love to see, and I’ll start working on hacking the Google Play Store to allow me to leave a 6 star review if you can put them in: 1. I’d love to see an equivalent to the GCode tab in the app so I can look at the print layer by layer and maybe even follow in real-time. 2. I’d love to be able to pinch to zoom on the camera feed.

OctoApp is build with Android in mind and is completely optimized for being used on your phone. Of course OctoApp also supports Wear OS!

The app supports OctoPrint, Klipper (Moonraker, Fluidd, Mainsail), Bambu Lab and Elegoo Centauri.

The UI is structured into three workspaces: Connect, Prepare, Print. The Connect workspace helps you get your printer connected to OctoPrint and as soon as a printer is available OctoApp will move to the Prepare workspace. Here you can get ready for your next print!

    OctoApp is an essential piece to your FDM Printing toolkit. Easy to setup, easy to use, full printer control and able to cover a wide range of printing setups and configurations. Integration with octoeverywhere for remote access is seamless. My favorite part is the quick stats in the camera view. Seeing speed and flow rate and time without having to leave the view is AMAZING!! OctoApp is a must have for any 3D Printing enthusiast.

    Greatly simplifies 3d printing. I can control virtually everything from my phone/tablet. Progress monitoring and Webcam usage are well done. There was an incompatibility with one of my Octoprint installs, but it was fixed as soon as the author was notified. This is the only app that I have ever purchased. The free app covers what I need, except for multiple printers. The cost for this feature is worth the small price. There is room for improvement regarding multi-printer identification.

    My octoprint is behind an nginx reverse proxy for security. When using octoapp I get an error about being unable to obtain the server’s capabilities… Is anything specific this app requires that a reverse proxy would block? We sockets are enabled

    I love this app, it is far superior to any I tried. The interface is super clean, well laid out and easy to read. It was well worth the money to purchase the lifetime. The only problem I have and I think it is a problem with the app store is my purchase didn’t follow from my phone to my tablet. Edit: The purchase took about a day to transfer over. The app works great.

    pretty good but has had hardcore connection issues in the past. it’s only going to continue being worth it to me if the app can work while away from home.

    cannot believe I’ve been printing without this app the entire time. they should include a link to it when you buy a 3D printer, its that good. if you’ve got a phone and a 3D printer, download this app

    The app is fantastic! I’m able to monitor my Elegoo Centauri Carbon printers remotely without having to port-forward them through my router, exposing them to potential threats. I run a docker container with Octoeverywhere, which integrates with the app perfectly. I even submitted what I thought was a bug and the developer, Christian, was quick to email me back with an explanation. 100% recommend for your personal or print farm needs!

    This is THE app for managing your printer with octoprint. I have used several other apps, some free and some paid for, nothing comes close. The free version does everything you need it to and if you opt to support the developer the extra features makes it just that much better. The third party plugins it works with is an added bonus. With my setup connecting from home or remotely is completely seamless. Do not look any further this app is the best, hands down.

    It had bugs for my elegoo carbon but it is and has already been improved and works very well. I bought a raspberry pi for more better😀 changed from has to had

    Seems to connect OK to Octoprint but only shows 4 of 5 extruder temps for a Prusa XL but all 5 show fine in OctoPrint. Also if you select the button to show the Octoprint web interface it goes to a different IP address than the OctoPrint it is connected to.

    Works well. I really wanted a way to view my prints on my phone and this app works great for that even with octoeverywhere I get them on the go but the notifications are driving me crazy. I know if can do them but I have no idea how because I do see the progress on the top of my phone but I do not get a print complete notification. Please help I would love to give it 5 stars.

    I have been using this app for a while now, and it is great, simple and functional design, miles better that the octoprint website on mobile. It’s perfectly usable for free, but the premium upgrade offers some nice qol provements.
