I was looking for a app to help lower my screens brightness lower than what my phone’s brightness scale would go and this app definitely gets my screen brightness as low as I need it plus some and I love how this app don’t get super dark after you submit a percentage like this other app I tried once I hit start screen dimmer it was too dark to see anything on my phone and I had no idea how to get it so I could see my screen thanks night screen I really love being able to play my games without bothering anyone around me at night

I have been using this app for the past week now and so far, it’s EXCELLENT! It lets you adjust your screen brightness to the right amount during the night and it’s super convenient to use. Love the app overall and keep up the good work!
I love being able to dim my tablet at night so it’s easier on my eyes. this free app is easy to use and doesn’t run the battery down.

This is really the best dimming app I’ve encountered so far even if it says that my device isn’t compatible, the app adjusts to make it work. Kudos to the devs!

Good but crashes after sometime
It’s so good. I just wish it worked on everything, including the phone setting above and beneath the main display.
I use this app for some late night reading and gaming. It was my first choice when I discovered this genre of apps and I must say I am highly satisfied with it. It’s so single to use and turn of as well as adjust…note, there are ads, but theses only appear when you’re adjusting the brightness, and are often pretty small (Like they don’t take up half the screen) Also, they will disappear when you tap off of the toggle. . Overall, I rarely give out 5 stars, but this app really deserves it.
this is very simple but working
I have been using this app for over two years now, and I have never encountered any problems with it. It has truly been a lifesaver, especially for those who enjoy reading at night without needing to turn on the room lights. Among all the screen dimming apps I have tried, this is by far the best one. Thank you for developing such a reliable and helpful application.
If it’s not broke don’t ” fix it. ” this app was almost close to perfect before they did the update where you cannot adjust the brightness of your phone screen from your phone unless you turn up full brightness on this night screen app. This app has way too much control of the phone once installed

It just works. It’s simple. I don’t normally rate applications, but this is an example of a good one with no apparent bugs. That’s getting exceptionally rare. I don’t understand why manufacturers can’t make the hardware do this though.
Phenomenal. Absolute knock out. The simplest UI possible – a brightness slider – and the highest opacity is incredibly dark. If you need to use your phone at night, install this app. You may want to pair this with a warm light filter like Night Shift for the perfect experience, but DEFINITELY TRY NIGHT SCREEN. With this turned on, I can make my screen so dark that I can barely see what I’m doing. Helps my eyes rest and my circadian signals to start kicking in while I play or browse. A+++++++!

I have the paid version and it’s been great for years. But suddenly I’m getting odd behavior. The widget no longer works as expected. It opens two separate things overlaid. One recommend you purchase the app to use the widget. One says Thank you for purchasing the app. One on top of the other. But the screen does not dim. I couldn’t find any contact info for the developer so maybe they’ll see this.
