Fonctionnait très bien pour ma carte prépayée, jusqu’à ce qu’elle ne soit plus visible nulle part sur mon compte: je n’ai plus accès ni au solde, ni à l’outil pour ajouter de l’argent. Et ceci sur tous les supports. J’ai essayé de régler ça par chat, mais c’est inutilisable: si vous vous absentez 3 minutes du chat (évidemment c’est nécessaire quand on vous demande de “supprimer le cache” ou “desinstaller l’application”), on perd la conversation et on doit tout recommencer depuis le début……

    The app is good not that bad , but i have a problem in the Netflix activation, basically when i tap the ( mange your account) button it says : sorry we can’t connect you to Netflix portal , try again later ! Is there any solution to this problem?

    Cette app ne me permet pas de visualiser mes factures proximus. J’ai 4 numéros et je reçois 4 factures. Avec Myproximus cela ne posait pas de problème (une adresse mail par numéro et je naviguais d’un compte à l’autre). Avec Proximus+ c’est POSSIBLE mais vous devez chercher car Les info Sur le site web Proximus sont outdated. A FAIRE: apres avoir demarré prox+ et connecté votre 1er compte allez à setting (haut droite) selectionner ensuite gérer compte. Ensuite allez tout en bas add accounts.

    What ruins this simple useful app is the regular need to login again. Thats disgusting! That should be asked ONCE a year at the most my dear proximus! Its not like theres top secret information in there. And Im sure the app has its own ways to determine that its still the same phone its being used in. 3/5 for this idiotic tendency of the app.

    Being able to use the app while logged out (just using 4G for identification, even while roaming) is a really nice improvement over what the login flow used to be like. It’s not common at all to see this, and I like it! 5 stars, good job Proximus!
