    Just needed a replacement new card and a contact person to tell why, and get it done. I spent two and a half hours trying to get. This done! Its pure mental abuse to me trying to get a simple request done, because of the fact lm cant use your servesee Why cant l talk to a person to issue a new card to me. Simple! 1 star, id give it 0 if l could.

    I am genuinely suprised how well the app works, considering its a gov app. Doesn’t replace the Centrelink or Medicare apps, but it’s a good starting point.

    Much easier than in the past. Not perfect, but it works. If possible make the session times longer so I have time to complete a claim before getting signed out.

    Not the best app, but not the worst one either, can be tricky to navigate at times, information links are ambiguous, definitely room for improvement.
