    The application is very perfect to use all government services in Uzbekistan. You even don’t have to leave your house and spend extra time outside. And there is no queue in it. Very comfortable and nice 👍

    not sure if it’s your update or the Android update (they happened at relatively the same time) but I cannot zoom in my medical record updates therefore I can’t read them. my workaround is to screenshot each page and then zoom in on my screenshots. Technology going backwards 😢

    Almost as good as the desktop experience but some menus are still not visible from the drop down menu and need to be searched for.

    Posting review for balance against all the negative reviews. I had no trouble logging in, first time, and no trouble accessing linked services. The app is using the same amount of RAM as any other app on my phone (around 259MB, for comparison Play Store is using 225MB right now). App works well for me and allows me to do all of the things I used to do when I accessed MyGov via a computer. Using a Samasung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

    Admittedly a shaky start, but now I’m a fan of how easy this app makes it to use and manage government services. Something that previously would’ve taken half a day and an in-person visit to a Medicare centre just took me under a minute through the app. Only issue I have is that inbox alerts don’t translate into push notifications or actual emails, which means I tend to miss them until weeks and sometimes months later if I use the app infrequently.

    Simpler sign in. The app seems to be easier now than previous use. Better at providing relevant job searches.

    I LIVE ALONE SINGLE PREFERENCE TOO AGAIN AND RECENTLY BEEN RELOCATED AFTER 10 HARD YEARS PLUS RESTORATION OF MY PREVIOUSLY RENTED APARTMENT BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS TENNANTS DAMAGES I NEED NDIA BUT ALSO THE myGov APP ISN’T COMPATIBLE ANYMORE WITH MY OPPO R7 PREPAID WHAT’S HAPPENED TO THE APPLICATION HOW DO I UPDATE

    Like the app makes things easy. But I would really love it if we were able to have an option to have more then one way to get notifications. I would love the app notifications, email and sms so I don’t miss anything. We had to pay a fine because we missed notifications this would be much appreciated. Especially now that paper delivery notifications is not available now.

    Whenever I open a document saved in my health record it jumps ahead to preview the whole page so I cannot select download document and then when I press back it goes right back to the services home of MyGov and I have to go through the selection part again. Very frustrating!

    My experience on this app is great compared to the glitch website on my phone. I do have one suggestion. Can you please add the department of transport to the app? This would be good as it would put everything in one app. The only reason I put 4 stars is because there is no dot direct in the app. Thanks
