    So much easier than logging on through a browser, but the app can still glitch, although rarely. I think that’s MORE to do with Centrelink’s system that is totally broken. It’s easier to login with a 6 digit PIN that to use username/email and password; this WILL cause the app to glitch more frequently and you will be asked to reset your password (even though it’s right), and by using the password method, I’ve also gotten locked out a few times and had to create new MyGov accounts.

    I really don’t understand why you have to have two accounts for the same application.My Gov and Centrelink express App.If you are currently in employed . You will have a lot of getting use to the app.But it does what you need to achieve help while unemployed and is intended to help you with all the different government offers.

    Its unfortunate that all the Australian government apps lock you out when you haven’t updated. It means showing something simple like a Medicare card is impossible if you don’t have data or are in a place with network shadow. It completely removes access to the very govt support that we pay tax for and are forced to have a device with an app etc. I shouldn’t lose access to services simply because I haven’t used the app for some period of time.
