    Not sure whether I’ve been phished. I had already clicked Open on the installed app after logging in with usual credentials when Get the App from Google Play came up. I clicked it and it asked for my login details again, then a blank page for a long time. No submit button on review.

    Missing option to get notifications by multiple methods e.g. push email. It is nice to consolidate other government cards but needs more work integrate with services from other levels of government e.g. state digital licenses and should add support to export cards the phone default wallet app. Also still no option for a secure authentication method (still only mygovcode, sms mygovid) no email, normal 2 factor code or alternative identity provide support (supposedly coming soon).

    I have been going round and round in circles trying to log in it sends you to my digital id then back then back to digital id again this is so frustrating

    I really like this app in regards to how easy it was to use – log in, locate and read relevant documents. Very frustrating though, having to rechoose my selection each time I’ve read a document, in order to read the next one. Why is there not just a back button to the previous page where your list of documents is?

    A bit buggy. Signs out while you are using it claiming it has timed out. Uploading documents doesn’t work well

    Because even out Government needs support. Yes can confirm this is the real deal Aussie app to assist you with all things once linked in. You can access you tax, medicate, Centrelink etc but you will need the linking code. A game at first, and when you change phone’s also, but otherwise, it’s a bloody good aid for reporting etc

    It does what I need, except for the fact that PDF files don’t close, the app has to be shutdown and restarted just to access everything.
