    It would work reasonably fine. But since I did my tax on my laptop using the MyID app, I can no longer access the ATO using the link because I “have logged in using higher security settings” or some rubbish. I have tried to work out how to fix this but there are no obvious settings to change and the AI assistant is useless. The app is now useless to me.

    This app, although it’s good in helping us with keeping us connected with the government where we don’t need to to in all the time… That’s freeway and all yeah? But gone are the days where they simplify is things for us… I had a working digitalID and my gov with my medicare and my ato connected .. But because some mother ducker, hacked my aac…. And although it was not my problem? They punished me by shutting my ACC. Told me if I wanted to make another one?? Wait 3 months than make bookin

    The link to statutory declaration does not link to the form but to a digital id area. Having the form ready accessible would be very useful. Please fix it

    [g=daku] The app needs to lock when moving away from it. At the moment it will not lock and you have to manually sign out to lock it.

    Honestly I think the app and the MyGov website are actually pretty good. Being able to get copies of documents on demand is so helpful. I do worry about people being forced onto government apps in lieu of customer service though – it’s pretty problematic for a lot of vulnerable people who often already struggle with access to social support

    Yeah just a government app that were really being forced to use more. Instead of calling or going in. Which I don’t mind but it is a bit hard sometimes when you go to do something and then tells you you need to contact someone in person. Grrr 5 hr later 😁

    A very easy to use app. However, on Centrelink > Travelling Outside of Australia – there seems to be an issue with submitting updates. I’ve tried several times but to no avail. Unfortunately, each submission of my travel schedules would return as 0 reported. I’ve tried a few times but still failed to register anything? Ended up having to call.

    Can be a pain to navigate sometimes and they need a more user friendly interface. It’s ok but could be much better.

    A decent app overall. My only comment today is that if you want people to give you genuine feedback on their experience of using the app, wait until they’ve finished using it, rather than hitting with the questions as soon as the app opens. I also don’t receive notifications from the app anymore, but not certain if that app or phone issue

    Bug: When I go through the app to > ATO > pay statements, I cannot print or share the statement from the app. Clicking blue hyperlink print – does nothing. When using the blue share button at the top right to share via email, nothing gets attached to email (Gmail all). Using Samsung A32.

    Very good all up, yet rotation to horizontal viewing would be a great help, also Express Centrelink, and Medicare apps
