I’m tired sooner or later I’ll move out to another service. if you target a senior client, house wife, teenager then consider very easy access. You don’t have easy access, don’t have good customer service those things can’t be hidden under 2-4 high start reviews, it’s gradually declined your client base.

    Does not install on LG K11, it was Play Protect that prevented the app being installed. It installed as soon as I disabled Play Protect.

    Con l’ultimo aggiornamento non è possibile ricaricare da app. Viene mostrato continuamente l’errore “prova ad aggiornare l’applicazione” nonostante sia aggiornata all’ultima versione presente su PlayStore.

    edited to 4 stars as I finally got a good operator who resolved everything in 3 mins. the others were putting me in list for a call etc because they couldn’t resolve the issue. 5 calls and only 1 was helpful. ( plus’s all day trying)
