Nice interface. Anssuming it’s accurate in real time, It may be useful although it’s never been clear when auroras were happening where I am so I can’t say for sure. Map is nice, though chunky. The forecasts – meh. I keep an eye on space weather and when there’s a CME the app’s predictions of activity lag way behind. And the long term forecast seems wildly unrealistic (no one knows when a sunspot is going to explode a week or two from now,) and doesn’t seem to have any connection with reality.

    The clouds cover section has not worked for months. For example right now it says 0% cloud cover yet its pouring rain and complete cloud cover. This has been the case since before summer.

    I have never given a review to any app either positive or negative but this app forced me to writedown a review. This app made my trip to Finland most memorable as we have seen one of the best northern lights during the trip. Forecast data and info for aurora hunting of this app is 100% accurate and most reliable compare to all other apps. Very good work by app developer team.

    This app is helpful to evaluate if aurora activitie is happening or will happen any time in the near future. Also the possibility of conditions being favorable for viewing the phenomenon. And there are awesome views of the sun by many different ways of examining it.

    This app is extremely accurate, especially with its check-in option for those who actually spot an aurora. It made it possible for me to see a multi-hued aurora for the first time since childhood!
