First of all I will just say that the customer service has been awesome for all the years and all The Times I’ve talked with them. The app- It’s worked well for me and shows lots of details for the usage and bills. It’s just missing the message to elisa feature on my android galaxy s10. Edit: I found that it is available when set to the native language of finnish. My finnish isn’t totally fluent so I usually had it set to English, and the feature is missing when the language is english. 🎑

    Vaikka sovellukseen on kirjautuneena, se pyytää uudelleenkirjautumaan Laskut-välilehdellä. Kirjautuminen ei kuitenkaan onnistu “väliaikaisen ongelman” takia.

    Sovellus vaatii pääsyn minun puhelinmuistioon, paikkatietoon, valokuviin sekä tiedon minun käyttämistä WiFi verkoista jotta voin asentaa sovelluksen. Mihin sovellus tarvitsee näitä tietoja? Minusta tiedot eivät ole relevantteja.

    What is this thing now of finding a suitable browser? Why do you think you know what a suitable browser is for me? Fortunately you consider Firefox a suitable browser, but what if I would want to use any of the different forks of Firefox? Unfortunately the automatic check fails and despite of having Firefox your app won’t find it, so much for using a suitable browser. Maybe I should find a suitable service provider. What a ridiculous unnecessary fake security idea.

    Käytettävissä olevaa EU-datasiirtomäärää ei pystytty hakemaan. Sama ilmoitus sekä Android että iOS -apeissa. Vika on ollut iOS:ssä ainakin pari kuukautta. Androidilla se alkoi noin kuukausi sitten. Elisa.fi -verkkosivu näyttää käytetyn datan toistaiseksi. Töissä Suomen rajojen ulkopuolella.

    I can’t login as on the bank’s page username and password fields are not available in mobile version, screen does not scale. Danske bank.

    This application is good. but it does not show me the call minutes and sms on phone as it shows in picture. Also elisa need to give the English language option in the app, its highly recommended and required.

    Bad user experience, doesn’t show bills and switches language constantly to Finnish even when selecting Swedish or English.

    Pätevä sovellus, jos jotain kaipaisin niin esim. mobilepayta laskujen maksuun. Omalla nettipankilla (danske) heittää kirjautumisvaiheessa ei kovin hyvin mobiiliin taittuvalle dansken saitille jossa puolet sisällöstä on ruudun ulkopuolella ja on muutenkin kankea.
