The CareLink™ Link app allows you to monitor the glucose levels and insulin pump information of someone with diabetes through your smartphone. You can securely view their glucose levels and receive notifications when levels are too high or low. The app is not intended to replace the primary display device or modify insulin pump and CGM data. To use the app, family members or friends need to download it, and the person with diabetes needs a MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump and to connect the MiniMed™ Mobile app to the CareLink™ software. The app only works with certain insulin pump systems and does not support other standalone CGM systems or insulin pumps. To resolve any issues, contact the local Medtronic support line.
