Additionally, users can file a complaint, pay insurance premiums, rate doctors, and access their insurance card through the app. The app also has features for adding children or dependents, finding nearby healthcare providers, receiving push notifications for preventive examinations, and secure login to the e-branch. Users can also use the app to draw benefits and reimburse healthcare costs through the Health Wallet feature. The app is secured with an access PIN code and is available for SZČO and self-payers.
