This article provides instructions on how to add a "Weather Clock Widget" to an Android 4.2+ lock screen. The widget displays both the time and weather conditions, and uses minimal battery power. To add the widget, swipe to the left-most page of the lock screen and select the "+" icon, then choose ""Weather Clock Widget"." To make it the primary lock screen widget, touch-and-hold it and drag it to the rightmost position. Prior to using the widget, enable GPS satellites in Location Services settings.
