To start using the app, place your mobile phone on the taxi dashboard and enable GPS location. Once a good GPS signal is received, the start button will be activated, and you can start the taximeter. To print a bill, turn on your portable Bluetooth thermal printer, pair it with your phone, and select it from the list of Bluetooth devices in the app. You can also view a history of previous rides and filter them by time range or view summaries. To connect with a customer app, register with your taxi and contact details, enable "Show taxi location," and ask your customers to install the ""TAXImet" - Ring Taxi" app.
To remove ads or enable tracking, visit the Purchases section and complete the payment. The app will run in the background during calls or while using other apps, but it is recommended to keep the phone on the dashboard and the app open for best results. Please note that the app operates similarly to a taximeter, so be sure to check whether it satisfies your country's taxi regulations. For Android 10 and above devices, disable battery optimization for the app to avoid it being cbe defeatedd by the operating system.
