There are 3 versions of this app. Lot of people are getting confused like myself. The Play store will only allow you to download one. If you the bata version you won’t receive notices unless you go into the app and change some permissions. The one link that can open is 360 but that is only a hot spots when setting up cams. After cam connects to hit spot it should allow a second link, homeveryago. That when it’s connected to your wifi and send you the notices. It took me sometime to find the bug.

    I WAS MISTAKEN. IT CANNOT DETECT THROUGH GLASS. The infared technology cannot be indoirs and read through glasd. The amazing customer support helped me when i sent a screenshot of the device in my home on a window. Works like a charm on my patio! Fast customer service and actions taken immediately! Thank you, Daisy!!!! ALSO: Buying the cloud for $1.99 a month after the free trial!!!

    Fantastic, what a great piece of kit, can’t believe what I got for the money, battery was great,till I had cocaine dealers living next door, setting alarm off every 5 min from midnight till about 5am,did last 3 months but only got 6 weeks due to cocaine Charlie nextdoor

    I don’t understand the hate people have. I have 2 cameras that use this app. I never have any issues, payback is seemless, cloud storage is fast and reliable. I am highly impressed with the system. I am on Android, Daughter in iPhone. Both are just fine.

    Camera has smooth movement, when trying to move the camera, or zoom in and out. Video quality is decent, if internet stays steady. Sound could be better. It glitches and lags a lot, when trying to have a conversation with someone through this camera. I like that secondary users have access to past events.

    Great little security camera. Requires some testing to get the settings right otherwise the battery life is poor. Can either be set to 10 or 30sec recording periods, the latter will mean you are charging the camera on a regular basis, but means the camera will capture more footage. On average I charge the camera every 1.5 to 2 weeks, only takes a few hours for it to reach 100%. Cloud storage system is great, worth paying extra for.

    The notifications are great, pictures clear, the problem is when you tap the notification it doesn’t show you the camera feed, so you have to manually open the app to see what’s on the camera. Amending this would be a great improvement.

    Some days it works, some days it doesn’t, often comes up ‘weak signal move closer to router’ ifbi moved any closer it would be on top of it! OK for money, camera very clear, when working.

    well the camaras are great. especially at 25 dollars each. I compared them to night owl at 60 dollers each and honestly I prefer these ones…. now the catch.. the app kinda blows… but when it works good it’s great.. been having an issue with sd card not being picked up…. but after I replaced it now seems to work.. I do recommend this.
