It took me like 20 minutes to figure this thing out, So when you turn on the earpick device for the first time, open app, hit “Not connected”, it will then take you to the wifi screen. From there you do not connect to your home WiFi, the device will show up in the WiFi selection as HND, connect to it, then the signal at the top corner will say no Internet, Don’t worry, go back to the app hit the Big “START” button and the phone will switch to camera mode and be connected to said earpick device

I was worried because this has many poor reviews, but it worked surprisingly well for me. Turn on camera, open app, connect via Wi-Fi to the camera, that was it.
I’m using the app on Android 11. Used it a couple times so far. No issues at all to connect, it worked straight away! Decent image with and without the tip. It is true that it will auto rotate with tip, but as long as you’re careful and slow it is a non issue. Very minimal lagging and to me it only happened after several minutes of use (about 10+). A nice helper on moments of panic or if you want to send some extra information to your doctor before a visit.
Worked fine. It’s pretty cool, in my opinion.

Ok this works great you just have to do it right and you don’t have to use your data at all. Scan and download the app open it turn on your device and in the app click the red bar in the middle that days not connected it will take you to were you select the device hnd…….. select connect this time then go back to your app and click that red bar again. I can see the camera clearly it’s insane. now it dosent turn on after 3 or 4 uses
I think the device is helpful, but needs improvement: 1) reversed-view just like front-camera-view makes it difficult to move the tip the way we want, and 2) reddish-color makes it less clear. Please improve the software and I would love it. Thanks.
Works great I had no issues.. just scan QR code install turn ear camera on open app hit connect .it connects to the ear camera wifi and then it works
HOPE THIS HELPS!! For those who wants to use this app, here’s a step by step instructions: 1.) Open the App 2.) Turn on the device(mine’s an ear cleaning device) 3.) There’s an unfamiliar wifi hotspot after turning on the device(example mine was HNDEC_XXX), connect to it 4.) Go back to the app itself and tap start.

Great tool. Don’t worry if you are confused. First issue is that the instructions don’t say you were supposed to connect to the device’s wifi instead of yours. You must press on the “not connected” button and connect to the device. The name starts with “HND…” The blue light on the device will stop flushing once connected. The device doesn’t connect unless fully charged, so charge it for an hour. The red light while charging will switch off when fully charged. It works great. 5 starts

To use this app, you need to have a compatible otoscope. Mine was a wireless one from Shein. The app connects to my device using its own WiFi signal. However, thay means that for that duration I would have to do without internet, or use my data instead. It has all the essentials a camera app needs: rotate, mirror, zoom, snap a photo, and record (video). How well it looks depends on your device. Mine is pretty basic with no option to dim/brighten/turn off the LED lights so it looks horrible.
Brilliant! Charge camera and switch on (blue light flashing). Open app and press red bar. HND will appear in list of available devices on your network. Press, then press connect and bingo! So easy, and works well.

App works and so does this tool. If you connect it like you are connecting to a new Internet connection it works. Not by Bluetooth which is odd.
