It took me like 20 minutes to figure this thing out, So when you turn on the earpick device for the first time, open app, hit “Not connected”, it will then take you to the wifi screen. From there you do not connect to your home WiFi, the device will show up in the WiFi selection as HND, connect to it, then the signal at the top corner will say no Internet, Don’t worry, go back to the app hit the Big “START” button and the phone will switch to camera mode and be connected to said earpick device

Had some difficulty getting the program downloaded the square thing didant work but after I downloaded the software it worked like a charm I even seen some infection and a injury I had that I will get looked and treated right away … worth every penny
I love this app I found out how to do it properly and it works
Take sometime to learn to connect with the ear picker. Great once connected. you will be amazed at how dirty the interior of your ear was.
it’s not working for me
I bought a NK3 earpick. The user manual instructed to install this app (this earpick is connected through WIFI). Hold the power button on the earpick for 2 seconds and when the light on the earpick starts flashing, go into the app and press the “Not Connected” button. Search through the WIFI names until you find your earpick device name that you can connect to (my device name started with something like “HND…”). The app is pretty simple and straight forward. Does what it’s suppose to do.
Who would’ve thought cleaning ears was this easy. I can see the clearer picture of the inside ear and scoop out all the gross”ness”.
The app works as it should as far as the ear camera save your money!

It took many attempts to get it to connect. After hours of trial and error I think I’ve worked out the trick. After you click on the WiFi network you need you need to switch the WiFi off and on again in the WiFi network selection screen. When you switch the WiFi back on and use the back button back to the app it should be working. It works well when you can finally get it to work, although it takes a long time to work out the orientation of the image. It’s very confusing.
It works. It helps that it doesn’t ask unnecessary permissions. The ear picks have gyros so it tracks the rotational position of the pick very well.
Yeah the people who couldn’t the APP working clearly didn’t read directions properly, You need to connect through your wifi not on your Wifi Internet but the HNDs wifi numbered HNDC also make sure to press the earpicks power button for 2 seconds. I went over the directions and the App connected the camera and was perfect. I was afraid this app wouldn’t work with a 2.8 rating but it worked perfectly for me 5/5 stars, does exactly what it is supposed to do if you follow directions.

Daughter bought it for me for Christmas, works fine, connected 1st time. Now just have to figure out how to use the other bits in plastic box, don’t think these go into device. Although very jammed in to plastic case 🤔
It seemed a little confusing at first. Turn your wifi connection “on” but don’t connect to your wifi, connect what pops up as you’re holding the button on the device. It connects to your phone through the wifi connection, not Bluetooth.

How to connect your camera! First you have to use your mobile data. Second when it asks you to connect to wifi you have to choose ndt-something This might show up differently in your wifi, but you will definitely recognize the device because it like pairing any other device you turn on the ear camera after you tap not connected. If you choose your regular wifi it will not work at all. That is why you have to have mobile data! I hopes this helps those people that haven’t been able to use it!
