It took me like 20 minutes to figure this thing out, So when you turn on the earpick device for the first time, open app, hit “Not connected”, it will then take you to the wifi screen. From there you do not connect to your home WiFi, the device will show up in the WiFi selection as HND, connect to it, then the signal at the top corner will say no Internet, Don’t worry, go back to the app hit the Big “START” button and the phone will switch to camera mode and be connected to said earpick device

I can see my inside my ear
Works fine as expected.
Worked great! You do have to give it permission for location and hook up using wi-fi, but everything worked perfectly.
Nice product, my left ear is save from blind. I like it. The app not have any bugs, nice work.
My partner bought me the NE3 ear cleaning tool kit that requires this app to work. I managed to, quite easily, shift a build up of wax (probably 40 years worth) from Infront of my ear drum in my left ear that has always been a problem with partial deafness. I removed AN INCH long block of very old wax that I couldn’t have reached any other way. This item is fantastic and I have gained hearing I didn’t realise I’d lost! The app is easy to pair with my phone via the WiFi hotspot cam is great!
have never had any problems with this the entire time I have used it until today. I can only assume the new update is the cause of my current issues. The app will not connect properly to either of my devices, the screen just goes black and when I click the back arrow theres now a buffering sqaure that never happened before. The update has killed the app its completely unusable. I uninstalled and reinstalled and its still broken
Just opened latest version app and now it wants location services enabled, to be able to connect to nearby devices, and then asks for Bluetooth to be switched on … the last version didn’t need any of that. Why does this one? Untrustworthy app … product going in the bin.
Didn’t think it worked at first and then I realised you have to connect to the device. It works great!
Nice gadget and very affordable too. Imagine you can see your ears inside while cleaning this. And it will less hurting your self by doing it.

Bought a ‘visual wireless earpick’ from Amazon for less than £12, downloaded the app and initially had issues connecting. But you need to connect to HNDNC (while the device is on) it was the first listed underneath MY WiFi name. Then I was up and running. Pretty cool in a gross way. Spare tip guards come in a tiny container, very short C charging cable and some tiny, spiky spoons to scoop out what you see.
picture quality is great
App was working fine with the ear pick, something changed because it would connect to WiFi, now it wants to connect to Bluetooth and doesn’t work. okay I downloaded the latest version, still wanted to connect with both WiFi and Bluetooth, then it worked.

ATTENTION! you need to “connect” to the device WiFi. Not your WiFi. Follow instructions clearly. I connected after 2 attempts as I didn’t read them properly. It works great. Really clear and smooth video feed. Great purchase. 👍
Works great on lg v60. Only issue is that once your wifi is connected you have no Internet access while connected. If this issue was fixed would give it a 5 star. Also easy to set up.
App is Needed to use the NE3 Ear Cam. Cam comes with Chinese/English instructions. These are difficult to read even with 2x Mag reading glasses. I would recommend suppliers Email pdf manual to new buyers. App pairs with phone quite easy once installed, though can be difficult to use ear cam on one self still view the images. Still shots recordings possible. The ear cam would benefit from a protective case which is not supplied, and the end piece as no protection when not in use!

I’ve had ear troubles for a while and recently felt like something was moving in my ear. I used the earpick to find a hardened piece of wax that could.move around and tickle the tiny hairs in my ear. I was easily able to grab it with the soft plastic tip and scoop it out, then clean the sticky wax out of the other ear. I hear better now that the canals are cleaned out, and I don’t feel like something is moving in there anymore. I would recommend it to anyone!
