The app features a sleep monitor for recording and analyzing sleep patterns, and offers a variety of workout courses, including bodyweight and gear-based exercises, yoga, and core training. The app also supports NFC functionality for public transit and access control, as well as voice-controlled MIoT smart home devices via Xiaomi's AI assistant, Xiao Ai.
