Long time player of Pocket Frogs over many different devices throughout the years. Thank you for sticking around all this time! I always come back to this game because it’s very relaxing and cute. There are a couple of suggestions I’d like to add however. I wish you guys could bring back: 1) The racing mini game. It was a fun challenge and added a nice dynamic to the game. That was how I won my very first glass anura. I was always proud of that accomplishment. 2) I also wish you could being back the achievements. The ones where if you breed like, instance, 8 tingo anura all in one habitat you gained 2,000 xp. That addition made leveling up so much easier, as when you get to higher levels, takes forever unless you have a couple of breeding projects going on and are good about 100% happiness dump sells. A new thing I would like to see added would allowing us players to name the habitats. As I stated above, I like having a couple of different breeding projects going on and well, I think it would add a nice touch to be able to label them. Other than that, that’s the big things I can think of and thank you once again for producing this game! A big fan, R

I’m back for a 3rd time. I bought VIP on iPhone, Android, and Android again. The older games and VIP packages couldn’t be restored, which was disappointing as I was deep into the Froggydex, nearly complete (on iPhone). CS took care of me by sending potion frogs up to the level I recall having, stamps, potions, and coins. The game is enjoyable enough to me to start all over. Ads are a pain, but a $0.99 purchase got rid of them (I hadn’t decided on VIP, yet). Coffee costs more, but gives less!
It was great I didn’t have any problems only that I lost my money easily but other than that it was great I recommend this game to others.
I played this game since i was very little (and im not saing this is bad) but nothing has really changed and i wish the games came back
I love this game! I love to trade my frogs with my friends and I love the pond game. To breed is only a bit of coins (but the coins are from in-game not real money). You can also get different kinds of frogs.
Nostalgia brought me back when this popped up in the Play store. Used to play years ago on an iPod touch. The bug about saving progress is a big issue. It’s not “force closing” as devs put it when you close the app the normal way on your phone. But reliably all recent progress is lost on closing the app and you’re rolled back to the previous save. Only solution I’ve found is to never close the app. Otherwise gameplay is exactly as I remember it, and it is fun. Collecting for the win.
Used to play with my sister
I first found this game years ago, back when there were minigames (races and a puzzel type game). Having recently redownloaded the game was like getting a big bag of offbrand chips; you just know there’s better. The races were easily what I played the game for, getting fast frogs so I could win rare frogs through the reward system. I have been unable to get the same amount of enjoyment out of this game as I used to, as I can only really breed for pretty frogs.
Its good. There should be a tutorial. There should also be ways to interact with the frogs, such as feeding, petting, etc. The lack of tutorial leaves you to sit there until you tap frog, then pond, and it took me while to realize that I had to make the frog catch ‘flies’ (dragonflies) to tame it. Don’t really understand this game yet, but it seems good and simple. Also, is there a way to move items inside an enclosure? My items are all overlaping, and I don’t like this.
Okay, just why do you have to pay so many coins for a new habitat!?!? I have to sell frogs to breed more! Ok but it kinda gets slow and it feels a tiny bit like you have to pay real money to get rare frogs, potions, etc. Could use a little developent but overall a nice game if you want to kill time.
2 years later I still love this game. They’ve added new frogs and new features since I started playing. I’m in love with these adorable little frogs. It’s easy to control and fun to play. You’re breeding all different colors and patterns of frogs. They begin as common types and become more rare as you progress. The game randomly gives gifts which are sufficient to progress game play without purchasing extras.
Was fun. Kids would get a kick out of it.
I remember playing this game before I even had my own smartphone, and I still love the simplicity of it. It’s not too simple to be boring, but you have to enjoy pet-collector-type games. Though I noticed that sometimes my progress doesn’t save from the last session, and it’s getting very annoying; I never had this issue when playing on apple devices before. Also I’m kinda sad the app icon is changed to a stock photo? but that’s a very minor gripe.

claims any purchase will remove ads, but I bought the VIP package and still I am being offered ads to watch and have item rewards locked behind ads. don’t waste your money
The frogs are adorable and there are many patterns to unlock. Game works offline. But it doesn’t take long for it to get boring because eventually the frog eggs take too long to hatch and babies to grow. (Which, there should be a tadpole stage). Potions and stamps aren’t difficult to get, and the frogs don’t die if you don’t play for days. There are only 3 mini-games (including a race) and you have to pay coins to play them. I DO NOT appreciate the ‘pride’ habitat.
Love the new update, and enjoy playing the game. A couple of suggestions that could make it better, an accept all option for gifts, and a tame and breed option for when landing on a frog when bouncing.
This is a very relaxing simulation game that really hit a sweet spot for me because it’s low-stress, colorful, and the sound effects are very nice. It was so addicting that I had to uninstall it after playing only level 1 (that’s my issue, not the game’s). It has a pretty helpful explanation with it, too. I did wish there was another game to play to make frogs happy for the sake of variety.
moved the gift icon to a place that doesnt inhibit gameplay. fun game to play overall. glad they added new content.
I love this game. Absolutely adore it. But I cannot for the life of me fathom why so much of its brilliant content was removed. Of it was some money making scheme, I would gladly pay whatever money needed. But as far as I can see, racing and frog mail orders were just taken out of the game permanently. There’s no point or drive to level up except to unlock new frogs. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the chroma and glass frog colorings were removed too. Can someone explain why my favorite game on the app store lost so much content?
I use to have this game long time ago and i saw is back so i downloaded it but its really sad that they didnt add back the mini games and for me that was the best part of the game being able to race your frogs but now its just like colecting them and thats it i will give 5 stars if they bring the mini games back.
