With powerful mobile banking features, users can log in using their Bank of Khartoum A/C - CIF or create a mobile account instantly with their valid mobile number. "Bankak / بنكك" allows BOK account holders to subscribe and access their account from home. Key features include instant and real-time access, secure account transactions with instant SMS notifications, transfers up to SDG 2,000,000/day, transfer funds between own and other BOK accounts, and cardless cash withdrawal. The app also supports bills payment for electricity, telecommunication, government services, education, donation, fuel & gas, transportation, travel & tourism, online shopping, BOK payments, and medicine & health. Users can manage their account details, reset their password, update their registered mobile phone, email address and security questions, and choose between Arabic and English language options. Bank of Khartoum customers can access the "Bankak / بنكك" app via the bank's website or Facebook page. For assistance or reporting an issue, users can submit their queries via the "Assist" option on the app.
