I origionally enjoyed the app and even paid for the add free upgrade. But then I started getting warnings on my watch about problems with their securty certifcate. I wrote the company and and first they asked questions and seemed interested. After there was an update , I hoped the issue was resolved but hhe warning messages kept coming i tried contacting the again add didnt get any reply. I finally decided that a 5 dollar app was not worth risking a $300 watch. So I removed the app wrote again requesting a refund. Got a reply saying someone would contact me shortly. Dont know what there definition of shortly is. Edited. they have contacted me an apologized. They also gave me a full refund.

After the fix is going well and no trouble, might take a bit to load but that’s the smartwatch’s fault ’cause is an old model, and for that I say the app works pretty well on it for what it is.

Love the amount of faces different varieties that are available! $14 a year for premium is definitely a very good price as well.
Edited: First run was 3 stars, but I figured out my issue and figured out how to navigate the app, soooo updated to 5 stars! Thanks for a great app and the prompt reply of how to contact you with any issues. That says a lot about your customer service. Keep up the good work!
Good amount of watch faces and decent free options
Great watch faces and thousands to choose from it’s so easy to use and you have to get the premium it’s way better Facer is the best out there give it a go you will love it just as much as I do
It seems nice but too many regular ordinary watch faces. Galaxy store had so many and they ranged from amazing designs to just a regular face. I had one with a floating butterfly that flew by and it was brilliant. You guys really need to step it up with more designs. I was so sad to not be able to use my galaxy store ones it made me consider downgrading. Oh and if your struggling with connection you have to select their watch face on your galaxy wearable app then you can just use any of them.
Bad expereience
Fun app! Nice selection! Would be better if all watch paid faces were 99 cents or less. That’s a lot of money for very little reward. Also, the annual and monthly subscriptions are very high too. It’s not like we’re buying actual watches. And the effort to make watch faces isn’t difficult. I know, I’ve made several in another app. It only took me about 20 minutes to make each one and they’re all motion, (animated) watches too. Other than that, it’s a great app.
It’s great, but i don’t have a clue, if i can use any items on watch face, like emm, if i click on clock, weather, calendar or smth else, they don’t open, like original watch faces, and that’s no go for me, unfortunately. But there’s so much gorgeous Faces for my watch4. It’s actually pretty hard to chose which ones to put on my watch4…
Not compatible with Z Fold 3. Worked fine with Galaxy Note 10+, but upon upgrading, the app was unable to communicate with the Galaxy Watch 4. Tried ALL recommended actions without success. Tech support no help, simply parroted the FAQ. Great app, paid for premium, but had to cancel since it doesn’t actually work anymore.
I really like this app. My biggest issue is that the shuffle interval rarely works. I select a 3-hour shuffle interval but it will change my watch face once a day.
Edit to original review. The company reached out quickly and resolved the problem for me. I will be purchasing the premium next month when I do my budget. Updated my stats also. Latest update messed up my watch face. It just shows the picture but time, date. and everything is is gone. No matter what face I use just nothing. Loved it until then. Now contemplating keeping it.
Love this app. So many watch faces available to download or buy, can even make your own…This is the best watch app you could possibly own. Go get it…Just over 2 years later and it’s still my favourite watch app…I’m so lovin’ it.
Nothing but lag my watch I have new galaxy watch 6 make unrecoverable at time where have hard reboot love app just wish could if lag to crash the watch

Despite the update, still not available on the Pixel Watch 3. I love Facer, would love to have it on my watch.

I love the variety of watch faces and the support is great. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years now and I’ve always been impressed.😄
