I origionally enjoyed the app and even paid for the add free upgrade. But then I started getting warnings on my watch about problems with their securty certifcate. I wrote the company and and first they asked questions and seemed interested. After there was an update , I hoped the issue was resolved but hhe warning messages kept coming i tried contacting the again add didnt get any reply. I finally decided that a 5 dollar app was not worth risking a $300 watch. So I removed the app wrote again requesting a refund. Got a reply saying someone would contact me shortly. Dont know what there definition of shortly is. Edited. they have contacted me an apologized. They also gave me a full refund.

    I literally bought my watch because I wanted to have different watch faces. Samsung has very limited faces. this app is the best because there’s thousands of faces. Ny favorite face maker is B#!

    If I can’t make my own watchface this app is useless. I don’t want to buy them I want to creat them. If it’s possible in this app to do so it’s not very straight forward. I spent 15 minutes and still have no idea. I’ll use a different app.

    I’ve loved this app since the day I installed it. I’ve had zero issues with errors, and very few glitches. There are hundreds of free faces, however I’ve happily chosen to pay for a few based on the features, or even the look that has been put into them. I don’t subscribe to their option of having access to all the faces because let’s be real, when you find a handful of ones you like, you tend to stick with them. Honestly, the only drawback is the shear number of choices. It can be overwhelming

    Be cautious in paying for their Premium Service! If you have a newer watch, their Premium Service is useless, but they have no issues fraudulently charging you for this useless service. To make matters worse, their customer service is nearly non-existent and completely useless.

    got the new s25 ultra and I have the active 2 and it’s telling me it’s not supported for my phone. app transfered from old phone but the facer app was deleted off my watch. can’t get it back. any ideas

    Lots of great watch faces, but the App needs to be optimized. It’s drains battery, and make the watch laggy at times. Also the step and health data don’t always sync up.

    seems like the faces no longer want to match up the the watches OS. I won’t renew most likely . I’m having to pay on Google Play to get what I’m looking for. bummer.

    I paid for the premium and it took 1 day before it would let me use the membership other than that the app is great

    Bring the thoughtful designs of the watch faces to the app. It looks like the app design hasn’t been updated in a decade.

    Love the faces…but alot of the step counts/weather don’t update . Tried everything. Also..I feel it drains battery alot. Needs to be improved and stream lined to be more accurate and use less battery.

    My app wasn’t working properly, i had the latest update so i Uninstaller it and reinstalled it and it is working now. This is an edited review, the faces i had previously purchased are not available on my ultra, but still plenty to choose from, will wait for hopefully a special on the premium membership like i had before which was half price. If I can get that price again I will be definitely getting the premium membership again.

    I enjoy this app way to much! I have alot of watch faces for my galaxy 5 watch which prompted me to go ahead and get the premium version of this app. Now I can scroll and save at will my favorite watch faces. Is it a flawless app? No, but its close enough with a catchy interface. And tons of watch faces again which I have alot saved 😀😀. If your a smart watch customization freak like me get this app get the premium option trust me🤪🤪

    I understand the need to to charge for certain features but you short change yourself of making money on watch feature upgrades by not allowing the user to see the recent purchases without upgrading the actual app.

    the faces are great and the ability to make your own is swell, but the lag on the watch face is too much for me. every time I’d check it, it would take a second or two to update the time, it is just annoying enough that I can’t use it. I’m using a galaxy watch 6.
