"Pydroid 3" is an Android app that serves as an educational Python 3 IDE with powerful features. It includes an offline Python 3 interpreter, pip package manager, and custom repository with pre-built scientific libraries like numpy, scipy, and more. "Pydroid 3" also supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, and UnlockedCV on devices with Camera2 API support. Additionally, it has a built-in C, C++, and Fortran compiler, Cython support, and PDB debugger with breakmarkers and watches. The app features a code prediction, auto-indentation, syntax standout momenting, themes, and real-time code analysis just like any other real IDE. "Pydroid 3" is available in both free and premium versions. However, some premium-only libraries, which were hard to port, are available only to premium users. Some binaries in the "Pydroid 3" APK are licensed under (L)GPL, and GPL pure Python libraries bundled with "Pydroid 3" are considered to be coming in the source code form already.
