Ok so, I just spent the last 3 days researching and testing 15 document scanner apps… Besides the usual, my top feature requirements were 1) ability to upload to cloud, print and/or save to device 2) robust color editing features 3) batch scanning and multi pg docs and lastly 4) no upload restrictions or required subscription – 1 time pay only… I have a pretty old phone, so some (4) were automatically eliminated due to freezing. To test, I used the same colored, carbon document that had a mix of type and faded handwriting. I used same lighting conditions and device. Well, Doc Scanner beat them all. Only 1 other app came in as a close 2nd (initials are FS). However, beyond less features, the ads were more invasive and their Pro version cost $3 more than this app. I’m going to enjoy DS’s highlighting feature – something I hadn’t thought of needing until I actually used it. The only con I can find is it takes a bit to get acquainted with all the features. This app is great for Attorneys, students and other document gatherers. I purchased within 1 hr of using it, but the Free version should be more than enough for most. Hope my review helps!

Camera quality is not good but it is the easiest app for making pdf
Great app! Loaded with features. Only one caveat is that there is no option to store the files in an external storage device (SD Card). Not everyone has a phone with a lot of internal storage and so, the option to save default storage location to external storage would be great.
This app is absolutely a life saver and a productive solution for those who wants to get things done on the way especially for syncing files with dropbox or drive. Plus the free features such as high quality exportation which might be a premium feature on other apps. However, the app is SLOW when shooting photos, not sure if it’s because of the custom quality I put. Overall, the processing may take more time thas expected. I’m looking forward for your updates.
This is a fantastic App- that is beautifully laid out customiseble for looking how the user likes it as well as a number of features. my only issue is the scanning of documents that I know is available I have yet to find. otherwise a great App-that I highly recommend.

I sometimes had to create documents of various things and create various PDFs. After using this app, all my tasks have become really easy and I want to give it 4 stars (because I want some additional features too) but I found this app BEST FOR DOC !! give it a try!! loved this! 💚
It’s a really good app. Great quality. I’m using it to scan for school work. I am limited to maybe five attachments per email or it glitches and sends the same copy multiple times so I spend a lot of time scanning then emailing in five pdf blocks. That works great but it does take 5 to 7 emails to get it all sent. The ads aren’t to bad. Pop up when you dont expect them too but it’s not loaded to the point I would rate it negatively.

The black and white filter messes up white text against black background. I’ve tried the same document with other scanner apps and a lot of them got it right so it’s a shortcoming of this app.
clarity and easy way to scan the documents
my Premium Membership doesn’t show so solve the problem immediately I’m also contact contact mail but doesn’t solve the problem…

Sirs, I am overwhelmed with joy and happiness even at this age of 78 yrs, to find the App very easy and fruitful Application for the first time in my life that I could prove myself happy about this beautiful APP, without any basic knowledge of either scanner/camera/computer system language. Wonderful achievement from my side (that too, without anybody’s guidance)!!!! May I expect any appreciation from any quarters, which I love to hear. Regards to the Software developed and such Technologist
