Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

I’m not sure, but the app isn’t responding on my end after the update.
After the maintenance update I’m unable to pay my bills. I also tried paying via banking bills or maya/gcash but it shows either my account was not found or converge server is down. I’ve sent a ticket but nothing was resolved. Just told me to pay via available options BUT I DID TRIED IT BEFORE AND IT DOESN’T WORK. So the options given was redundant and useless. Update: Changing the star review since the app is now fixed.
Line has been restored, the support fb chat works more than the app, so long as internet is working, all is good! kudos to the repairmen, they are fast!
Would like to link a new account since we changed our internet plan but I can’t because app says, there are tech issues. Hope this will be resolved sooner.
so far so good. hoping this doesn’t crash/get bugged like the Xperience App. wish we could still have all of our Payment history (SOAs) in this app since the activation of our account though edit: can you please give us a more updated app with billing history and notifications (whether in-app, text, or email)? this is a decent app but it’s still isn’t hassle-free.
“Can’t open app.. It says new version tap-on Update w/c direct to Play Store then there’s no update found.. Keeps on looping tapping “Open” app. I uninstall/reinstall, same thing.” … reUpdate rating, Yes resolve. Thanks for fixing.

A very simple app to check the status of my accounts. Also they finally have multiple accounts linked to one user. I’m greatly satisfied.
Edit: the due date has been fixed. However, the back button of the actual phone(lower right corner) still isn’t working in the app, it has to tap on the back button within the app that is in the upper left corner of the phone to go to the previous page which is a little inconvinient. I’ll rate it 5star once this is fixed. Thanks.
I have a suggestion. Could you please consider adding a feature that allows me to view and rename the connected devices, as well as block, unblock, or whitelist them on the Wi-Fi network? This would greatly enhance convenience, as it currently proves inconvenient to navigate to the website for performing these tasks
customer service is excellent. Internet speed is consistent and top-notch. It’s been 2 years since I’ve had converge and it works well. If it doesn’t work for you that means it’s the area that’s the issue.
