Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

My router at home is currently having some problem it has lights on (Green for Power) (Red for LOS) and another (Green for wifi) the rest has no lights, my mom paid the subscription so that’s eliminated, now what’s the problem with my router!?!?!
Converge is fast when its ok but has a lot of down time. Still, compared to other telecom services that we had, Converge is way better!
None sense app. What’s the app for is you can’t even use it? It will force log out and there’s unending network error even if my connection is good. Shame on to the developers! Edit: The app is working good now. Will still observe it though to make see if its function is consistent.

Sana ma fix nyo po yung mga bills and payments history kase sa nangyari sa app is na received na payment namin pero walang receipt or history man manlang baka kase ma cut yung WiFi or connection namin kahit nagbabayad kami monthly na hindi lumalagpas sa due date
App still bad but Converge Support is OK. Connection is unstable, I don’t understand why it’s problematic now.

Have you considered implementing a rewards program for your customers? It would be a great way to incentivize customer loyalty and provide additional value.
I’m using this app perfectly however after the last update there’s no amount to pay and I can’t pay my bills using this app anymore. I’ll change this review once it fixed. Edit: It fixed now so I’ll get this back to 5 star.
after install and email verification error, i tried restarting the cellphone first, then email verification worked. not yet experienced the dreaded hang up freeze. will give better stars if no any issues will be experienced in the future.
The “Open Gcash” Button isn’t working.
Cannot link my account even if account is correctly entered. Unable to access payment thru app after update. Stuck in link account screen. Workaround: delete app, reinstall then try to link account. Worked after doing the above step. To your QA team: test your product thoroughly before releasing to public if you want high rating for this app.
Please Fix the email verification. Site not loading when verifying email. Update: Already working and completed my registration. However, very slow loading even with a fast internet connection. Also, i noticed that i need to log in everytime i use the app. The “keep me logged in” option is not working. – using huawei nova 5T *Update* everything looks good except that i need to key in my username and password everytime i use the app.
I can’t view my account, its always showing “NETWORK ERROR, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.” I already restarted my phone and my internet modem, my internet is working fine. The issue is with your app. Kindly fix it. Edited: I was able to view my account now. Thanks,
A very big leap from the old app. This is much better, much faster, much informative, and much useful. You can now see your outstanding balance easily on the dashboard. I hope they add a click-to-call button in the home to easily contact customer service.
A useless app, it doesn’t even allow me to log in. Every time I press login it just routes to your website

The app is okay. Just a few things I have experienced with the app. It took forever for me to get into the app cause you need to register again and it forever to send an OTP and verifucation to my email and its really slow. You guys need to do something about this.
