Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

Network error. Cannot link my account. — Edit: I have to uninstall and install again the app to link my account. But there is nothing you can do aside from pay the bill. I still like the first app where you can report errors, pay bills, know any promos, etc.
(Edited) 1 star to 4 star…now was able to link my account seems like they have fixed the issue. How stupid I have my account using the old app and when I try to link my account with your new app it says account not linked.. then at the bottom it says unable to link? Why WTH so you can’t migrate old account or record
Not so helpful at all. Just a suggestion, you can also include in your app when was the date we first used the service. And chat support agent. That’s very important, Also the payment history on the app, the payment for this year (2023) only appears. I am also highly suggesting that you can also include all the payment history that we customers had. Will change the stars when there is an improvement on the app. Needed to message Converge Support just to check the payment history that we had.

Capcha always not working. How can we log in? You are Converge and should not experience this.
Hi! I have downloaded the app and can see my account details. However, I can’t see nor view my monthly bills. I can’t view billing details. Also, the amount due tab is not updated everytime payment is made. I guess it gets updated once a month only

App wouldn’t open unless it’s updated. I updated it. Now app crashes each time I try to report a technical issue. We just lost our connection and I can’t even report it using the app. —– edited Oct. 3, 2022 —– It seems to be working fine now.
I like the features that let you know how many device connected to your wifi. It also let you know your balance, router temperature and connection status. This app is very convenient to use! Great Job!
Its an OK app for viewing only of account status specially when it comes to bills. Needs improvement in the feedback of the app, it can’t keep up regardless of the signal strength and display refresh is slow
Many issue. App wont redirect to e wallet. To many verification failed attempt.
Your hotline services for technical issues is very hard to reach. It’s been two days and still no internet

App is not working properly. The account is active but the updated app doesn’t recognize the existing account.was prompted to register again even for old Xperience users but the email is already in use.
this app only works for payment and copies of bill statements. It doesn’t help you review any available promotions for upgrade of plan and most of the time other features are not working. This app mainly focuses on receiving payments, the rest of the features are just useless display. This should be fixed because this has been the same case when I first downloaded it last year yet still no improvement until now. This app would’ve been a huge convenience.
Ready to pay here but no verification code arrived to my email after 3 attempts. App only collected my info under the guise of Registration. Five stars for the disappointment. Will probably still end up wasting time and fares to go to the branch just to pay. Huwag na kayong mag-App kung pabigat lang. Asta digital kayo pero ganun pa rin pipila pa rin sa branch para may mangyari. Converge needs to do better, especially when everybody can see that your fees are now very high. [g=se][g=se]
Update: Since I can’t reply to your response. I can only see the number of devices connected. We should have more controls like renaming the devices connected, blocking or allowing the device to connect without going to the router’s ip.
Great good fast
Latest update doesn’t let me link my account because I’m already logged in. So I had to logout my account first. Then log in back again, then was able to succesfully link my account. The process of linking the account asks for the account number, then sends a verification code. To those people having a hard time linking, clear app cache first then log in.
so far my internet connection is good no issues at all
