Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

Not stable sometimes. when it works, its good . After login, able to see dashboard. when going to payment, app would sometimes load a blank screen. force close the app then try again. sometimes it will load ok. i made payment using app to join the raffle.
it was workjng perfectly fine until today it keeps saying new verion available but there’s nothing to download! my phone is not low end so it’s not compatibility issues. update: editor says to update but again, there is no update here in google playstore. how would i update somwthing that does not even say update here? besides my auto update is ON so im running the latest version you have on your google playstore. The issue has been resolved but not through updating my app

I like the app, it is more accessible to use. I hope you invent an app that can give us internet connection also so that we cannot buy load for data when we are outside the house. 😁
If you’ve got problems, you need to spent money to fix your internet, we cannot rely on the service tickets given by their CS. It’s a motivational reward for the tech knowing their out of numbers so you can’t easily find and please them.

I like the new features of this mobile app. I can also check the service availability without pressing the apply button. It’s very user friendly.. more power to converge.
Some details are not showing like how many devices connected, temperature and signal strength. I’ve already refreshed and reinstall the application but it is still the same.
This app gets constant updates. I feel like everytime i log in, i am prompted to update the app. The latest update doesnt show how many devices are connected to my device anymore nor the temp of the modem.
With the new update everything is now more responsive, A bit of errors when registering and logging in. But the features like temperature monitoring and updated bills are good.

The internet itself is good. Never seem to disappoint me however, please fix the appplication, It keeps on saying that there’s a network error but I do have an internet and sometimes if it’s working there will be a bill, when I tried to call the customer support, she said that she can’t hear me and hung up the call. I just want an update about my bill. Thank you.
pretty good so far. But, currently, I’m unable to pay may latest bill due to this App is not working. I’d appreciate someone to help. how do I pay my Bill. how do I get my account number so I can pay over the counter?
why is that in the app it shows 15 connected while in the router it is only 6?

It’s been a while since I’m using Converge they are not perfect internet providers i think there’s no one however I’m happy and satisfied with overall experience that I had with them for the past years. They resolve my query in a timely manner and internet speed is fast and reliable. Kudos Converge team 💜
More on Slow connection. Then, when I call tech they put me on hold for 15 minutes without updating me. The app is horrible cuz the speed test won’t work. I tried to upgrade my subscription however, it won’t let me even I enter the right details.
The app has greatly improved at becoming a one stop shop for Converge customers. Paying in app using credit cards has no convenience/service charge (which I hope will not change) and filing service reports is easier. Now how about rebates for good paying customers?
before i can see device connected in the apps but not that feature is no longer function
