Does not allow my email when i tried to register. Says already taken. I then try to log in using my Xperience access. Goes in but says “network error.” I only tried because of the promo. But it is a disappointment. Uninstalled. One star only. Today, i tried to reinstall. It now accepts my old email and password from the old Xperience app. Maybe they migrated the info from Xperience to this new gofiber app. I see the dashboard but not as good as the Xperience board. Where you have the buttons for immediate concerns. If i tap on the download for my soa, it closes. And have to tap on the app icon again and log in. I still feel the old Xperience app is better.

i am unable to submit a ticket.
when I was looking for a good Internet my Son recommended this Company so I immediately call to install right away, so they ask me 4K payment ask 1 mon in advance. bakit ngayon kung kailan tumatagal laging my advance notice due date ko ay every 10th of every month so nagbabayad ako di pa dumadating ang deadlines ko.
I used the Xperience app before and it uses the Alphanumeric for verification codes. If you migrate into this app you might receive a code that contains letters and you can’t type those in the pincode field of this app then all you have to do is add another email to your account (using converge website) then you’ll finally receive a numeric verification code you can actually type in the pincode field. Might be an oversight from the devs.
I did not receive an email and SMS for my monthly statement so I downloaded the Converge App. While setting up my account through the app, it directed me to link my Converge account number and tried going through verification via OTP and had multiple attempts but failed. It would always say “Invalid OTP”. Shoutout to the app developer to please fix this issue.
I love it. I was able to link and access my account with no hustle. This is way better than the converge app which I’m always having trouble loging in as it keeps loading, takes forever to even do anything. So thumbs up for this.

The internet service is excellent in our area, but app itself is a bit sluggish and sometimes an inconvenience for me to use. Hoping you guys would continue to improve our experience through the app. So I’ll give it 3 stars, FOR NOW…
V2.4.3 Jan 19 You can now directly pay via the app, so no need to open a payment platform separately! Updates real-time (but payment still requires 48hrs to push through as payed) Remember me function still not functional… And still it’s still confusing to search for the app in the search system as “Converge” -_- (people like me search for the brand and seldomly search for the product itself)
After i updated the app i could not open it again.. The app just kept on going back to log in page
All good now. Good job for sorting this out. ‐—‐-‐————— Why do you guys keep saying it’s fixed when it’s not? To be honest your internet service is decent, at least in our area. But this app is far from being decent. A simple retrieve password not working and what makes it worst is that you keep saying it is working.. Come on.. Make sure it really is. I’m thinking you guys are just saying that for others to see you’re doing something, but obviously you’re not.
Problems before are fixed that’s good. The only problem I have now is account persistence. Do I really need to login every time I’m gonna use your app? Why can’t you save my account details. Still 4 stars for me

Running latest version. It’s a lot better than the first release of GoFiber. Hope we can make improvements on UI and overall responsiveness.
The app was updated accordingly. It now works well, but there are no newer features than the old app, so I don’t actually know why this exists. I will admit, this is more vibrant, but that’s about it. I haven’t tested paying through this app, but I will update again once I do so. 5 stars for the immediate action.
The issue has been fixed. It seems that the problem was they input the wrong email into their system, that’s why I cannot received any otp, but now it’s okay. Thank you.
