MeinMagenta

The "MeinMagenta" app provides Telekom customers with a one-stop-shop for all their data consumption, contract, billing, credit, and order information. The app has been optimized to include biometric access protection through Face ID or Touch ID. With the app, customers can monitor their data usage and costs in real-time, top up their prepaid tariff, access their monthly bills, set up their fixed network devices, and benefit from unique gifts and perks through Magenta Moments. Additionally, the app provides a digital assistant to answer any questions about the customer's account, a help and service section to address common issues, and a range of features such as a simplified login, dark mode, an app widget, and the ability to assign a contract name. The app is constantly being improved, and customers can provide feedback through the telekom.de/community platform.
