"Fongo" Mobile is a calling and texting app that offers unlimited services in Canada. It allows users to choose their own Canadian phone number and provides unlimited calls, incoming SMS messages, and "Fongo"-to-"Fongo" texting anywhere in the world. Additional features include visual voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding, and call transfer, among others. "Fongo" Mobile offers low international calling rates and does not require any purchase to use the service. It can be used outside of Canada with an internet connection, and users can avoid long-distance and data roaming charges by connecting to WiFi before using the app. "Fongo" Mobile uses 0.5 MB per minute on a call, and a 500 MB data plan can provide 1000 minutes of talk time. The app is available on Android and Chrome OS devices, and Wear OS devices version 2.0 or higher. Users must have an active internet connection and a "Fongo" Mobile account to use the app. "Fongo" Mobile can be accessed on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
