The "ACR Phone" Dialer & Spam Ring Blocker is a phone app that respects user privacy, has a clean and fresh design, and is constantly being improved. It replaces the default dialer and has features such as blacklist/spam rejectioning, call announcer, call notes, backup, outgoing call rejectioner, call log, dual SIM support, contacts, video/photo calling screen, SIP client, call recording, cloud uploads, auto dialer, and visual voicemail. The app only requests necessary permissions and does not transfer personal data outside the phone. It has offline features and allows users to add unwanted numbers to the blacklist from the calls log, contacts list, or input manually. Users can schedule blacklist rules per number, and can customize the calling screen per contact. The app supports dual SIM phones and allows users to make and receive SIP calls with built-in SIP client for VoIP calls over 3G or Wi-Fi. Recorded calls can be automatically uploaded to cloud service providers or personal Web or FTP server.
