Coin Snap is the perfect app if your a beginner collector or a master collector. But for beginners sake.. You’ll use a phone camera to scan coins on both sides. It pulls up info like the dates, values, errors, even the type of metals that make up the coin scanned. The app has over 40,000 coins to browse and a wishlist feature for coins you find that you might want. The app has a Collections feature allowing you to add your coins to a well organized simple to view list for all the coins you own!!

iy sometimes gives different prices when scanning thr same coin
the current update. having WHAT’S NEW with no explanation.
Good app with alot of information. Price values for some coins are wildly wrong. E.g. 1905 Edward VII half crown is worth around £300 and consistently sell for that much yet the app says it is worth £8. Alot of British coins look the same but with a different size and the app does not identify them correctly, this is fine but the app does not give you the option to correct them or give any other suggestions to choose from, all you can do is “leave feedback”. Overall only 3 stars due to bugs.

love this app. I do wish it would tell if there are error coins not. I got the subscription I thought it was 29.99 but looked again and it was 49.99. I did the 3.99 for a month but I’m keeping it. So very easy to use. Love that it grades coins for you. Wonderful. So glad I found the app. I can’t say enough good things
Better than some, but cumbersome trying to focus and tap shutter. Better apps scan automatically. Reasonable grading specifics. Values are inconsistent (low) compared to trusted sites.

I’ve never had so much fun getting organized! This app is pretty amazing. It identifies every American coin ever minted. Plus, it grades and values your coins. It catalogs your collection for you, making everything so organized that I’m almost embarrassed to think about it! Very useful. Easy to navigate. Real cool. Mr. Wilson would have loved this.
It was good for the most part but one I snapped a museum souvenir coin and it said it was a Huguenot-Walloon Half Dollar.

Absolutely amazing a great for identifying foreign coins and determining the price of the coin it gets better they even have a coin grading option in this app and you can save your coins too your collection icon and once you take a picture of the coin it will give you a bunch of info about it like material, thickness, manufacturer, weight, and diameter it is amazing I love it if your a coin person download this app.
Of all the coin apps that I have tried, I give this one 5- stars. Sometimes, they get a mint mark wrong, but they are gracious when I bring it to their attention. As I scanned some of my collections, ( these were found along the ground when I was homeless for 11 months after my husband passed of COVID 19). I didn’t give them much thought, but after getting back on my feet and settled in, I pulled them out and WOW, almost all of them seemed to be in demand from serious collectors. This is my fav
Great app for grading coins
Login Issues. I know I’m new here though it shouldn’t be so difficult to find my account. Thanks for the 7 day free trial, then 6/30/2024 I paid for the year. I’d like to transfer my account to a different device because the app always says that the photos are not clear enough to identify my coins. Cannot locate a link in the app for Customer Service Support either. It’s getting extremely frustrating after over a month. Anyone have the same issues? Certainly need a resolution to this confusion!!
