Phenomenal content as a desktop app, bafflingly poor execution on mobile. As other reviews have stated, the app is woefully buggy. Every once in a while you’ll click a string of text to edit it and a word will just disappear; there are info buttons (the little circled “i” icon) that do nothing; If this was released as a “Read Only” version of one’s account it might be adequate, but the possibility of random data deletion as well as the app’s 100% lack of direction/info makes it almost unusable.

One of the best and most convinent apps I have seen in a while. The team is really amazing and constantly improves the experience of the app. Really open. Have been looking for a PKM based app that works out for my needs for a long time and this app does the magic. Totally worth it
The app is not great. It has a very confusing layout. The web app of capacities is amazing but the android app needs a lot of improvement.
Really really poor and buggy experience. Weird jittering and stuttering when typing on android. Bizarre!
Great app but need sorting function so that most recently edited notes stay at the very top.
I am in love with this app. Especially the desktop app but the Android app is a great companion app.

They keep improving week after week. Love using Capacities and it’s a great app on mobile now (tablet + phone) after they ironed out a few usability issues
Absolutely perfect. Quick setup, intuitive, simple, organized, fast and after the new update it has tablet support. What can I ask for more? 10 stars. I switched from Notion because it was time consuming to organize all things in place. Best note taking app by far for me. Just perfect 👌

💯 Not one of the best, infact THE BEST Personal Knowledge Management solution. 🧠 Be it your medical records, meetings, places, learnings from class or videos or podcast, or bookmarks or snippets from web pages It organizes them all in such beautiful, simple and organized way which was absolutely impossible before this. I’m quitting notion (which I was a big fan of) due to capacities. Can’t wait to see it growing as fast as possible..
Awesome note-taking app for lifelong learners. The concept of objects is superb. The app has countless features. However the mobile app is slow to open – a friction for quick capture.
the app is still buggy but its has a beautiful UI and a lot of potential. i will keep using it for the time being and hope the devs will fix the bugs soon.
