User Reviews for Calculator APP

I mean, it’s a calculator. Does basic operations well enough, but sometimes you have to be extra careful and incredibly literal with your syntax if you want to get the result you’re looking for. Other than that, it’s got a great feel and is very stable given that it’s a Samsung default app. However, I just wish there was either an app extension type thing or extra modes with more scientific calculator stuffs. I often need to do longer calculations and opening Desmos on Chrome can take a bit.

Hi samsung. This is not really about the app but more on my device. I am using a samsung galaxy tab a7 and there are weird lines whenever the Internet’s poor or when i open it. They seem to be a part of my screen, at the Opposite side of where the charger plug is. Thank you.

Its a good game but its just to simple, not much characters and only one boss, and the character (1) when you blow it up with dynamite (÷) and use the balloon (0) it doesnt work.

The +/- key is now weird. It doesn’t change a negative to a positive number. If I add -13000 + 7000 and get -6000, if I want to change -6000 to 6000 by using the +/- key, it doesn’t work. I get (- and no number. Really weird. That key is usually used to change a negative number to a positive one and vice versa. It seems to only work during calculations and not with the final result.

This app is very great and it is free. You can calculate area, length, volume, mass, time and many more. The only problem is its sometimes laggy, and it is hard to press. I really hate it but I really like this calculator. Thank you ❤

Good, easy and intuitive interface, and even conversions. But, at conversions, it stopped at the easy conversions. For every day life, I would like more usual conversions like kPa to psi, for example, my Chevy now states pressure in metric, but my gage shows psi. Also, and here I did not deduct any star, but in cooking it would be nice to have “imperial” to “US” volume.

this app is simply amazing if u have good WiFi and a good tablet . it is very accurate in all my calculations, with this I correct the mistakes with this. the only problem is u most have Samsung phone to work with it. it is also very easy to download and it takes so less space.

Bonus to have this for me since I’ve lost my ability to do even simple math without struggling (one too many traumatic brain injuries). I can’t remember not to forget to grab one of the calculators I now have to use. I usually keep the device in the same place. It’s great to have when needed, esp if I think I won’t need to be doing any math. Ez to see, ez to use, accurate. I don’t always remember I have it, but it’s a blessing when I do.

It calculates. A feature to integrate into Samsung notes app or an option to save instances of calculator for tasks separated by labels would be cool.

Wonderful free calculator app, with no ads, and you can use it with no internet connection. I only use it for basic math problems, so if you need to use it for complicated problems, I’m not sure if this will work for you. My favorite part is the memory (history), so you can see what you did previously and recall certain numbers, and can clear it completely and easily whenever you want.

I have happily used this app for years, with no problems, but then, the clicking sound came on without the option to disable. Thanks to some clever people that have left reviews, I have FINALLY been able to switch it off! Press either of of your volume buttons (up or down), tap on the 3 dots (menu) on top of the volume level and switch off the system sounds.

Samsung Calculator is a straightforward and efficient app for everyday calculations. It offers basic arithmetic functions, scientific calculations, and unit conversions. The app’s interface is clean and user-friendly, with features like history tracking and memory functions. Some users have reported occasional inaccuracies in complex calculations, but overall, it serves as a reliable tool for most users.

The experience is like a normal calculator one. You dont have much options to personalizate the view of the app, what i would really like (change the color palette, etc.) but at the end of the day that is not necessay at all for a calculator app. So yeah, 4 stars. Its not bad. But its not fantastic

The calculator app is simple and reliable—perfect for quick math on the go. It’s easy to use, with all the basic functions right at your fingertips. I like that it’s straightforward without any confusing extras. It handles everything from simple sums to percentages without any hassle. If you just need a no-fuss calculator that works every time, this one’s a solid choice!

Great app! Haptic clicking isn’t a problem at all to me, as I keep my phone on vibrate. Some people have complained about the green colors being bad, but if you have OneUI 4, you can change your wallpaper and the colors will change the calculator colors. 2 things I wish were a currency converter inside the app, and a way to see extra functions (pi, square root, cos, tan, etc.) without switching to landscape.

I like this app but there’s a little issue that annoys me that i hope can be fixed. When starting the app the little cursor starts off on the left instead of behind whatever you’re about to type. (example: open app, click #1 and instead of showing 1 it’ll already be 10) throwing off any calculation you want to do.

The built in calculator, there’s not to expect so much, but it does its job. A thing that upsetted me by comparing with older phones calculators, why did the custom unit converter disappeared? It is not difficult to implement, I used to use it a lot, for conversions that I cannot ask to be built in
