User Reviews for Calculator APP
I mean, it’s a calculator. Does basic operations well enough, but sometimes you have to be extra careful and incredibly literal with your syntax if you want to get the result you’re looking for. Other than that, it’s got a great feel and is very stable given that it’s a Samsung default app. However, I just wish there was either an app extension type thing or extra modes with more scientific calculator stuffs. I often need to do longer calculations and opening Desmos on Chrome can take a bit.

nice app but it has 0 when launching the app and need to tap clear first. the rest is fine by me.
very nice in general
Samsung Calculator is awesome tool including all scientific calculation, only one calculationnis missing is that the Base calculation ( dec, bin, hex, oct). Please update if you can
handy to have
This is a great app. Layout is simple, not confusing to use. The only the only thing I think would make it a perfect app is cooking measurements with the grams liters included in a *cooking measurements* menu in the units converter. Like fractions and conversions from liters and grams to cups, tbsp and tsp all in one place. In cooking, dry and liquid weight measurements can interchange. There are apps out there for cooking, but even they don’t have it and their menus can be difficult.
good but every calculator should be able to do this example: e=mc□
Ok Thank
THERE IS NO BODMAS IN CALCULATOR !!
a very useful tool but I accidentally discover a bug. When the auto rotate screen is enable I can’t see other functions of calculator in the portrait mode, except if I use the landscape mode. Otherwise, If I turn off the auto rotate function an icon appears in the right side of “unit converter” button, then I can see other functions and the screen goes to the landscape mode. I suppose that I could have the option to see other functions in the portrait mode (like before the last update)
Simple and effective interface. I would like if more there were dedicated modes for other number systems like binary and hex. I would prefer to use this calculator with a Programmer’s Calculator mode than use an alternative because the alternatives are generally inferior in their interface and features.
Samsung Calculator is a simple yet powerful tool! 🧮✨️ It offers basic and scientific calculator functions with a user-friendly interface. Whether for quick calculations or complex equations, this app gets the job done efficiently. Perfect for everyday use! 📊📱
It would be better if the conversion for speed could be specified in terms of the component units of length and time in any combination (e.g. inches, yards, mm, etc. per second, minute, hour, day etc.). It would also be helpful to have a conversion for flow (e.g. litres per minute), which could adopt the same concept.
Good but not Great. Memory is nice when trying to make quick calculations and your dont have a pen or note app up. But I was trying to calculate ml to oz. And there’s no way to do that simply. It has the section for measuring distance time mass volume weight from standard to metric but for whatever reason does not allow for conversion from mass to volume. Kinda lame since its 2020 and cell phones nearly do everything. Will change my rating when/if this is updated.
I love having a Calculator on my phone 📱 that’s easy to use like this. ✌🏼😀
I have no idea why the average rating of this calculator is 3.7! It is after all a calculator with absolutely NO ads! It also has the very helpful history button; that I must say is wonderful to be able to use without having to wait for an ad to stop playing. So I guess there are some people out there that will NEVER be pleased. Not sure what else they are expecting for a free app calculator that has no ads. Oh and BTW there is NO clicking noise as you may see from other feedback.
lack pressure conversion
Very convenient calculator to use and very easy. I used apple calculator also for percentage but this one worked much better and easy.
Has been a good app. My one criticism is that there is no fraction button!!! So many times I have needed to use a calculator to figure out fractions but this app doesn’t have it. It has all the other complicated stuff like rooting and other things, but not something as simple as a fraction. I hope this can change because I know this will help me and a lot of other people.
awsome!
This has been a a big save. I managed to get a refund at a store after till purchasing went wrong. Checking calculations in the carpark using the Samsung Calculator I managed to save. Woohoo.
