User Reviews for Battery APP

Superb app, maybe the best battery app yet. Thanks for helping us save our batteries! Pay for night mode, really? Usually a free item. 1 bug : charge time est. starts out low by 8x! [Easy fix: calc by battery_mah/charge_ma_avg × %charge_needed/100]. It is missing an important bit: low battery alarms we can set. Why should we have to get another app? Also missing are battery drain reports for screen, wifi, flashlight, and idle. All are charged to FG app. I have to open the device app to get them. On my tablet, the screen is always 40%+ of total battery drain during the day. I look forward to the next version, please keep the innovation going! One more thing: An alarm should always start very low volume, get gradually louder. Battery full chime is too soft, need a control. Thanks for great battery writeup on web!

This is one of the few apps I trust to have on my devices. As unlike the other sketchy “battery booster” apps. This app isn’t meant to boost/improve your battery life. Instead, it uses science to extend your Li-ion battery health in the long-term, so that it can hold a charge in a few years and not constantly die on me like my previous phones. To achieve this, I find the [charge reached alert] to be very useful in order to keep the charging range between 30-80%.

It s the most informative app of it’s kind that I have seen, not sure yet how if any it actually helps extend battery life though, not sure any of these kinda apps do. They basically either tell yo to close app hogs and turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off, or the app does it automatically. Then it is takes more from the battery to restart them. This one doesn’t do that and it is a cool app.

I wish each info can be click to see the details. e.g screen off usage, which app use the most or wake the cpu etc.

This app is a diamond in the rough among all the other “battery boosting” apps. It gives really useful statistics and makes caring for your battery effortless. A feature I’d like to see though is one that would require root aceess and allow us to set a hard limit on how much the battery can get charged, tether then just getting a notification.

Great app for seeing accurate details about charging, discharging, battery usage, etc. It’s invaluable when you inevitably have to check how well a charging cable is (not) working. I’ve used AccuBattery on multiple devices for years; it has always been rock-solid dependable. There is a bit of a learning curve to understand what you’re looking at, but developers provide enormous amount of info. Just turn on the Battery Status notification, and you can always see at a glance what’s going on. ,

Now there is an easy way to dismiss the full page ads. The damned ad is full page and I see no way to dismiss it so your reply doesn’t cut it. I don’t mind small ads and which I sometimes click on. Now has obnoxious full screen ads so I’m dropping AccuBattery from 5 to 2 stars. Works fine. Signals 80% charge and at intervals there after. My phone doesn’t support full charge detection. Has ads but they are not obnoxious and sometimes are useful. I recommend AccuBattery for Android phones.

I only use it to see the battery level. I don’t care to see the science stuff. I learned to manipulate, scroll down to see the level. I’ve had 2 other battery apps, but updates changed the properties where they worked worse for me. As long as my tablet doesn’t catch on fire or blow up, and it does what I want, I’m happy.

Very informative app to check if your charger/cable really does it’s job although it doesn’t have a widget to place on your homescreen what it does have is a persistent notification which can not be disabled if it weren’t for that I would’ve upgraded to pro version within the discounted promo time too bad…

Finally found a battery monitoring app that gives me the info that is really needed! I’m very experienced when it comes to battery tech, as a result of building electric R/C aircraft, race cars, drones, and my astrophotography hobbies. My tablets are also used as tools or control devices with these activites, along with field charging devices. Lipo batteries are something that requires a degree of safety, as well as “smart charging” in order to maintain longevity, and maximize performance.

The only battery management app worth using. Easy to use, effective and trustworthy. I’ve been using this app for a number of years on several devices. All of them still have good battery life and are as useablea the day I started using the devices. It does take some effort on your part to use it… It’s not “set and forget” as you still need to disconnect the charger at 80% charge. (None if my devices are that new that they do charging automatically.) Highly recommended.

I only have the free version but it’s great! I program my phone to warm me when the charge hits 80%.(You can choose the alarm level and it tells you how much that minimizes wear. Like hybrid cars, you would lose a lot of battery lifespan of you charge to 100% often. Now I do that only when I think it’s worthwhile. Also, it will tell you how much of your original capacity your battery still has, so you know if it’s just getting worn out or if there something else draining your charge.
