I have been tying to figure this app out. The deals are great but the app is not user friendly. I spent more time In the store looking coupons up than I did shopping. Is there way to categorize the coupons so they are easier to locate (i.e. meats and seafood, cereal and breakfast, canned goods….etc) instead of having to scroll through all of them until you happen upon the one you are looking for? I was so frustrated with the app I won’t shop there again anytime soon!

I only use the app to activate digital coupons and that button looks the same as “add to my list”. Some of the items that pop up aren’t coupons so I end up with a whole list of stuff I may not need this week.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Make it so you can ZOOM the weekly ad! We are not all young people who can see that small text! Other grocery store apps have that ability.
App is hard to use
Easy to navigate through site. Store always friendly and clean.outstanding bakery and meat.

The app makes two lists with no apparent way to merge them. I have requested feedback with no response. I appreciate that my offers are for things I have bought in the past. I do not care that others can follow my shopping habits.

Wish the app would turn with device, all else is perfect
The prices r way to high, most grocery store have r back to before the pandemic. My real problem is with the pharmacy. The new manager doesn’t really help u when u tell him what’s wrong with a script he doesn’t do anything unless the customer suggest how to fix it.
Some things are not on sale , where I shop that are on sale where I live. Plus some of your things to magnify image covers image.
The app is good for my bashes card and the digital coupons ain’t really that good because it doesn’t show on the total amount that it said it will. I don’t use the digital coupons, just the ones they give out after I paid my stuff. Other than that it’s a alright app.
The app works good..really no need to download because you can click on the website and use the digital coupons. Some of the advertisement are confusing, but it does help save a little bit of money.
Sometimes you can look up items but that is a VERY rare occasion. You can type in a specific brand and it’ll still say nothing matches that word. It’s gotten to the point that we don’t shop at Bashas at all and do all our shopping at Safeway. Safeways app actually works and you can look up items without any issues.
Love bashas’ store I miss mine it was replaced by food City I can’t stand that store it doesn’t have half the things I used to buy at bashas’ and the prices are ridiculous basically I stay out of it and travel another 7 miles to go to a Bashas’
