ini axis kenapa sih? saya kemarin beli bronet, saya tunggu dan cek ulang berkali-kali tapi ngga ada itu bronet aktif dan tertera di bagian cek paket aktif padahal pulsa nya udah di ambil buat itu bronet. Dan pagi ini saya barusan claim bonus kuota dari isi ulang pulsa tapi ngga ada tertera di bagian cek paket aktif bahwa ada itu kuota bonus. Axis kenapa sih akhir-akhir ini? apakah lagi eror atau gimana, ada gangguan apa sih, soalnya saya beli itu pulsa/paket pake uang jajan saya hasil kumpulin😔

    It is a good self service application. It also implement OVO as the payment method which is kind of unique and easy way to do transcations for Internet plan. However, I found a really hard time to receive the OTP SMS and it is always expired when I entered it.

    Saya memakai fitur forever play, tapi fitur tersebut tidak bisa digunakan karena saat bermain game tertentu saat match making kadang suka gagal dan sering gagal match making

    hi. the application is quite nice, but please improve the authentication for not only using OTP. I’m using the SIM card as a wifi in my portable wifi, so there’s no possibility to received the otp without putting it in my phone. I’m putting 4 star in hope the CS read this comment 🙂

    enak aja sih sebelum sebelumnya ehh kenapa tiba tiba kuota internet yg awalnya 41gb hilang sendiri sisa 400MB,kecewa sih sama axis padahal aku pelanggan setia

    Good at first but start to annoyed me right now. Not only unstable, but lost connection very often. What about the app? Bad, some package can’t even be purchase but still available in the app. I already contact the CS but they say “there is no problem”. Well… ok. I also notice they change some of the service. For example i tested Warnet Unlimited 24 Hours, back then it comes with 100GB FUP but now its ONLY 60GB FUP. Almost half of it. The price went up but the service went down. That’s great.

    Auto log in OK klo on pake signal axis.., klo pake wifi masih manual input gan.., yg masih bug mungkin perlu jadi developer masing2..biar tau bug nya tuh dmn dari si pembuat atau di user sendiri.. naissss lah
