ini axis kenapa sih? saya kemarin beli bronet, saya tunggu dan cek ulang berkali-kali tapi ngga ada itu bronet aktif dan tertera di bagian cek paket aktif padahal pulsa nya udah di ambil buat itu bronet. Dan pagi ini saya barusan claim bonus kuota dari isi ulang pulsa tapi ngga ada tertera di bagian cek paket aktif bahwa ada itu kuota bonus. Axis kenapa sih akhir-akhir ini? apakah lagi eror atau gimana, ada gangguan apa sih, soalnya saya beli itu pulsa/paket pake uang jajan saya hasil kumpulin😔

    the server is lagging sometimes, especially during the first couple minutes of DISCO sale. And also i have a complain about Warnet Unlimited. I have only activate it once but the app is saying that i have reached the limit of buying Interner Unlimited for this month. I mean it’s December 2nd so how is that even possible? i also buy it once and it’s last november, this not even make sense. Please fix, Warnet is the only reason why i use Axis.

    When i activated tenggo package, there’s a delay to show the active package, so you must wait 3 minutes to start the tenggo. Please fix the delay

    Hii, saya sudah menggunakan axis bertahun tahun, dan kualitas nya sangat bagus, namun 2 minggu belakangan ini jaringan saya eror, kadang hilang kadang sangat sangat lelet, saya kira hanya sehari atau 2 Hari, ternyata sudah 2 minggu, bagaimana Mana ini? apa solusinya?kuota saya bahkan masih banyak Dan harus terbuang karena masih aktif habis, haruskan saya beralih hanya karena masalah ini? pekerjaan Dan sekolah saya terganggu karna initolong di respon. terimah kasih. saya sangat appreciate axis.
