I almost returned this ear camera bc we couldn’t get the camera to connect to the wifi. We learned that, reading the instructions, YOU HAVE TO TURN ON THE CAMERA ON THE WAND(hold button for 3 seconds) AFTER DOWNLOADING THE APP. Then, CHOOSE THE AISEE NETWORK (from the NETWORK list) AND PRESS THE HOUSE ICON ON THE APP. It connects and turns the camera feature on the wand so you can view on your phone. I hope this helps bc it was VERY COOL seeing how much wax build up was present in our ears!

    I have really bad ear problems, and this app and the tool is one of the only things I can do to clean out my ear and it’s very efficient.
