I almost returned this ear camera bc we couldn’t get the camera to connect to the wifi. We learned that, reading the instructions, YOU HAVE TO TURN ON THE CAMERA ON THE WAND(hold button for 3 seconds) AFTER DOWNLOADING THE APP. Then, CHOOSE THE AISEE NETWORK (from the NETWORK list) AND PRESS THE HOUSE ICON ON THE APP. It connects and turns the camera feature on the wand so you can view on your phone. I hope this helps bc it was VERY COOL seeing how much wax build up was present in our ears!

Very cool and actually useful
You get what you pay for.
“Connect to wifi” if you get this turn on your device before opening the app.
It worked as intended and i was able to take pictures of my inner ear.
Works great. During setup, I got hung up on how to get from the wifi screen to the app. (Btw, the wifi screen will state “connected, no internet”. ) After downloading the app, I kept trying to “Open app” via Google Play Store. What I needed to do was go to the app icon installed on my phone to actually open the app and click the Home icon within the app. I hope this feedback helps someone else.

It really works
Works fine for me. The permissions that it requires is per Android security policy — if you don’t grant the app access to your phone’s various resources, Android won’t let it do what it needs to do. Connecting to WiFi, you’ll need to make an initial attempt to connect, and then tell Android to stay connected, even if there is no Internet access. It’s an unfortunate quirk of Android when working with these simpler IoT devices. I wish the app let you pinch-zoom for closer view.
Could do with a better camera otherwise good kit
This is an amazing app for a wireless otoscope. I was able to clean out both ears easily and even my belly button. True clarity, just need the practice with the camera and the proper direction to pull out without losing the scraping content.
Seems to work great. Please add support for Android TV.
I used it once, and it worked very well. But with Optus wifi, I have a problem. What can I do?
Helps me see in my ear and nose
for the price this product is great. Big problem is the advertisements in the app. Don’t need to click or create account, just go to the app, switch the wifi to the app after opening the gadget. Advertisements are misleading and making us to think we have to create an account to use the app and tool.
